Joe Martel started Advanced Air Conditioning + Heating in 2017 after spending years working in HVAC for other companies and realizing the industry didn't have to be the way it was — high-pressure, overpriced, and impersonal.
He launched Advanced Air Conditioning + Heating out of Cedar Park with one truck, one promise, and a belief that homeowners deserved better. Today that promise runs every job: honest diagnostics, flat-rate pricing you see before any work starts, and technicians who treat your home like their own.
Joe is NATE-certified and still takes service calls when the schedule demands it. His hands-on approach is why customers call back by name — and why the team holds itself to the same standard whether the owner is in the truck or not.
